Private Events
We can host private groups and corporate events such as casual company happy hours, cocktail parties with small appetizers and hors d'oeuvre, casual luncheons, formal Asian inspired banquets for weddings, anniversaries, red egg ginger parties, baby showers or intimate formal sit-down dinners for the most discerning requirements. We have three levels of dining space available for private events.
For all our guests, we offer family-style prix-fixe menus that are pre-selected by the Chef the day of the event much like an “Omakase” where the guests dine by Chef’s Choice. Chef’s Choice is a carefully selected menu that the Chef/Owner Peter Fang chooses to serve that evening based on what is fresh and seasonal that day. We recommend all our guests who dine at Fang to try Chef’s Choice whether they are dining in a large group or a small group, because it allows the Chef to showcase his best dishes while providing guests with an element of surprise.
We also offer family style prix-fixe menus customized by each party with the help of the Chef/ Owner or the Manager. We can create special menus to fit within different dietary needs and restrictions. Please let the Manager know of such needs when booking private events or dinner parties in our semi- private rooms and we would be happy to cater to your needs in creating a menu that works for you.
